I’m an award-winning creative with over 8 years of experience at the director level leading the creative strategy and vision for a diverse portfolio of brands.

My approach to creative is fueled by an ever-present curiosity about human behavior, a joy in creating meaningful connections and a genuine love for bringing smart ideas to life. Beautiful design is nothing without real meaning, yet smart messaging often falls flat when not visually engaging. I take a lot of care in focusing on both.

I really love working with clients and internal partners to truly understand what brands, retailers and shoppers are up against in order to bring innovative solutions. Developing and presenting persuasive sell-in stories to key stakeholders is a cherry on top. Compelling storytelling – while super buzzwordy these days – is truly the key to selling ideas and I take care with every story I tell.

I am experienced in effectively leading interdisciplinary creative teams toward successful, award-winning work by strengthening their talent through empathy and honesty. Knowing that nothing stifles creative thinking faster than neglect and negativity, I create environments where each member of the team knows that their individual voice, opinion and experience is valued and celebrated.

I get really pumped about new perspectives and 'aha' moments, and that fire keeps me current on sociology, tech and social trends, the retail landscape, brand insights and, of course, pop culture.
